Dough for Pirog (Tamara’s recipe)

Ingredients
– 1 packet yeast
– 275 milliliters milk
– 250 grams butter (softened) OR 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 1 egg
– Flour

1. Dissolve a packet of yeast in the warm milk
2. Blend the butter or oil with one egg
3. Add flour
4. Knead into dough
5. Chill in refrigerator for 40 minutes
