Dessert Ptichie Moloko

Ingredients
– 1 liter sour cream (15% fat)
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 pack gelatin
– Vanilla
– 4 tablespoons milk
– 4 tablespoons cacao

1. Whip sour cream and 3/4 cup sugar until sugar is dissolved
2. Add vanilla
3. Add dissolved gelatin (set a little aside for the glaze)
4. Pour into a mold and place in the fridge to set

Glaze
1. Combine milk, cacao, and 6 tablespoons of sugar and bring to a boil
2. Remove from heat and cool until warm
3. Add the remaning dissolved gelatin
4. Cover the soufflé with glaze once it is completely set
