Nut Cake

Ingredients
– 1 kilogram walnuts
– 13 eggs, separated
– 2 3/4 cups sugar
– 2 tablespoons biscotti or cookie crumbs
– 3/4 cup milk
– 300 grams butter

Cake
1. Rub 8 yolks into the 1 3/4 cups sugar
2. Add walnuts
3. Add crumbs
4. Whip 8 egg whites and add to the mixture
5. Butter a pan a sprinkle with flour
6. Bake at a low temperature
7. Cut cake into three pieces and layer with cream

Cream
1. Rub 5 egg whites into a cup of sugar
2. Add 3/4 cup of milk
3. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
4. Once cooled, beat in 300 grams of butter
