Ingredients
– 1 kilogram sour cream
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 tablespoon vinegar
– Flour
– Sugar
– 1/2 kilogram nuts
1. Dissolve baking soda in vinegar
2. Combine 400 grams sour cream, baking soda, vinegar, and flour
3. Add flour until you get a dense dough
4. Divide into four pieces
5. Place each piece on baking sheet lined with buttered wax paper. Poke holes in dough with a fork prior to baking.
6. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 15 mins
7. For cream, beat 600 grams sour cream and an equal volume of sugar
8. Once cool, spread cream on each layer
9. Sprinkle top layer with a 1/2 kilogram of nuts
10. Leave at room temperature overnight, then move to refrigerator
