Ingredients
– 2 Eggs
– 3/4 cup sugar
– 2 cups flour
– 1 cup prostokvasha
– 1 cup jam
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
1. Rub eggs into sugar
2. Combine with remaining ingredients
3. Bake for 5 mins at 400-425
4. Lower oven to 325 and bake an additional 40 minutes
5. Serve by itself or divide and layer with cream
