Ingredients
– 300 grams sour cream
– 12 tablespoons flour
– 10 tablespoons sugar
– 1 egg
– 150 grams butter or margarine, softened
– 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 packet vanilla
– 1 kilogram apples
Pie Crust
1. Mix baking soda with 2 tablespoons of sour cream
2. Add butter and 10 tablespoons of flour and mix thoroughly
3. Press into buttered pie plate or skillet
4. Finely chop apples and place in the pie crust
5. Pour cream over the apples
6. Bake at 200c (390F) for 50 minutes
Cream
1. Combine remaining sour cream, remaining flour, egg, sugar, and vanilla
2. Mix until homogenous
