Truffels

Ingredients
– 100 grams butter
– 2 tablespoons cacao
– 1 small chocolate bar, finely grated
– 250 grams powdered milk
– 500 grams sugar
– 1/2 cup water

Directions
1. Combine butter, cacao, grated chocolate bar, and powdered milk
2. In a small saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil to create a syrup
3. Add syrup to the mixture from Step 1
4. Roll into small balls
5. Combine cacao and grated chocolate bar
6. Roll the balls in the cacao and chocolate mixture, coating evenly
