Ingredients
– 4 cups flour
– 250 grams butter or margarine
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 can condensed milk
– Jam
Dough Directions
1. Combine all ingredients and knead into dough
2. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours
3. Roll the dough into a snake and cut into 10-12 pieces
4. Roll out each piece very thinly
5. Use a pot lid to cut each piece into a large circle
6. Bake the circles until done
7. Allow to cool
8. Spread jam and cream, alternating layers
Cream Directions
1. Remove label from condensed milk can
2. Place the can in a saucepan and cover with water by an inch
3. Bring to a gentle boil
4. Lower heat and simmer for 2-3 hours
5. Watch the water level and do not let it fall below the top of the can
